Position

This brand new role will be providing commercial insights to the business and will driving the growth of the business through strategic analysis and business case development. It will involve the management of complex growth projects and spearheading process improvements. You will be responsible for supporting senior management as well as operational leaders with performance reporting and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making. A large portion of the role will be around business partnering with various stakeholders, to assist in the analysis of key information. Tracking business performance trends and the ability to read data and provide useful insights to the business is imperative.

Profile

You will have experience in a diversified business environment ideally within a services based environment. You have the credibility and presence to provide leadership to a team and engage extensively with non financial stakeholders, while also being able to work independently and objectively. You will have strong Stakeholder Management and influencing skills, as well as extensive commercial experience in a large blue chip organisation. You will have an excellent track record of providing sound, well reasoned advice in support of key commercial and strategic decisions and presenting this up to C-Suite level. Proven leadership skills will be highly beneficial.
