About you

Ideally you will come from a high volume administrative, call center or customer service background within a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will need a high attention to detail, strong communication skills, dedicated work ethic and a customer centric focus.


Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, this role is responsible for the delivery of a high standard of customer service while facilitating the effective administration of the front reception desk in an efficient and friendly manner. This role will be a 6 month fixed term contract.


  • Ensuring that procedures and policies are maintained at all times by all Team Members as set out in Vita Group's Policies, Procedures and Guidelines
  • Managing a busy switchboard, fielding general queries from the public and internal team members
  • Managing the receiving and dispatch of mail and courier items for Support Centre
  • Welcoming and managing security for visitors
  • Ensuring all courier items (inward and outward bound) items are received and dispatched on daily basis
  • Maintenance of Reception area and meeting rooms ensuring it is well presented at all times, logging of any issues of concern or special needs
  • Delivering a high standard of communication and customer service to customers and colleagues
  • Assisting the Talent Acquisition Team with administrative tasks and pre-employment checks
