Organisation and delivery of high volume bulk 360 degree trades recruitment & assessment activities for a large and multifaceted International company.

The client

My client is a well known and immediately recognisable global organisation in the mining and resources sector who boast a collaborative and fast paced environment with ongoing opportunities for contracting staff with the right skill.

The role

This role is a great opportunity for a Recruitment professional to ensure that the right people are in the right place in a timely and cost effective manner. Working Monday to Friday and reporting to the Team Lead you will undertake the following tasks

The responsibilities of the role

* Managing a high volume job portfolio that will encompass operational disciplines across an end to end recruitment process
* Plan and coordinate bulk recruitment campaigns (incl. Assessment Centres, Bulk interviews) utilising a mix of virtual and physical recruitment processes and tools
* Work with different site / product groups to develop candidate pools and pipeline of talent to fill critical trade based roles
* Partner with Talent Acquisition partners on sourcing strategies and approaches to source top candidates
* Manage candidates through the recruitment process, utilising available reporting to optimise candidate experience.
* Ensuring governance and control to support the end to end recruitment processes and protocols
* Provides regular pre-defined recruitment and sourcing key performance indicators, metrics and progress updates as required.
* Identifying and recommending areas for improvement in recruitment and sourcing processes and systems.

About you, you will:

* Have Sound large bulk recruitment experience gained across both internal and external recruitment environments (trades related recruitment experience within a similar industry will be highly regarded)
* Have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Have superior written and verbal communication skills
* Be efficient with Microsoft software suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
* Be Service delivery focused
* Have Attention to detail
* Be able to operate in both a team environment and independently.

* Be available for an immediate start & have rights to work in Australia
* Have the ability to undergo a Police, Drug & Alcohol testing
