Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Compliance officer to complete a temporary assignment on the Gold Coast. This role will suit a candidate who is experienced in quality and compliance, particularly in funding agreements and/or contract management.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop an internal communication strategy to assist staff in applying new and existing quality standards
  • Provide advice and training to staff on funding agreement compliance
  • Assist in audits
  • Draft and review policies
  • Maintain audit and compliance template documents
Skills and experience required:
  • Experience working in compliance and audit
  • Experience in contracts management or with funding agreements would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated project skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver training both face to face and through documentation
