They are now outgrowing their current structure and looking for you to help take their business to the next level.
With key support around finance and construction, our client is looking for that person to help make the home buying process a stress free and enjoyable one.
Your role as the Admin Support Officer is to coordinate and assist the management of clients through the finance and construction process.
You will ensure the clients transition into home ownership is a smooth transition. You are a problem solver that has the ability to manage difficult situations.
Being proactive and having the ability to problem solve are key attributes that will assist in you succeeding in this role.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Use of specialised industry software
- Complete file management and follow up
- Keeping Clients & external stakeholders regularly updated on progress,
- Liaising with external stake holders including Brokers, Conveyancers / Solicitors, developers & Real Estate Agents
- Liaise with clients throughout the construction of their new home
- Supporting broker and team in all aspects of finance process
- General office administrative support
- Database administration
- Reporting
Requirements
To be considered the successful candidate will have:
- At least 2 years administration experience,
- University experience/further education (ideal)
- Desired areas of experience to include Property, Mortgage Broker, Banking or Financial Services environment,
- An understanding of the finance process, including being able to understand client’s personal financial positions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with people at different levels
- Excellent customer service skills; Friendly, Confident & Positive disposition
- Be able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Ability to problem solve and be solution focused
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills essential
- Ability to create and develop company procedures
- Be a team player
